Meet Terasa—a seasoned yoga instructor with a passion for Hatha yoga, focusing on physical postures and alignment. Her journey with yoga began in her early twenties, evolving into a profound source of growth and inspiration. For Terasa, yoga is more than a physical practice—it's a transformative journey of self-exploration and resilience.

Beyond the mat, Terasa's experience as a parent intertwined with her yoga practice. It became a guiding tool for her children's emotional well-being and self-discovery, fostering deeper connections within their family.

Her professional evolution, from mental health settings to a holistic approach, was pivotal. Integrating yoga, Jungian psychology, and a humanistic perspective, she discovered that healing goes beyond clinical methods. Terasa's classes reflect this holistic approach, aiming to empower individuals on their paths toward balance and tranquility.

Drawing from her rich experiences, Terasa offers diverse teachings—from Hatha Yoga to Meditation, Pranayama, and specialized sessions for pregnancy, children, and teenagers. Her goal remains unwavering: to guide individuals, whether seasoned yogis or beginners, toward self-awareness and holistic well-being.

Izzy

Meet Izzy, a dedicated yoga teacher, health coach, and enthusiast of all things related to holistic health. Izzy's journey into yoga began during her teenage years as a means to manage her anxiety, and she swiftly developed a profound appreciation for the practice due to the positive impact it had on her body and mind. Yoga brought a sense of peace and tranquility into her life while enhancing her posture, flexibility, and strength. Inspired by her own transformation, Izzy is passionate about sharing these benefits with others.

Izzy's yoga classes are centered around fostering a deep connection between the body, mind, and breath. She strives to create a nurturing and supportive environment where students can embark on their own journey toward improved well-being. Edmund

Meet Edmund, an avid yoga practitioner and teacher whose yoga journey began while living in Poland in 2018. His deep passion for this ancient practice was ignited during that time, prompting him to explore various yoga styles and learn from different teachers. In 2019, Edmund embarked on a transformative teacher training journey in Vienna, where he delved into the subtle aspects of yoga and meditation, laying a solid foundation for his daily practice.

As the years passed, Edmund's yoga journey evolved. He felt a growing desire for a more physically demanding practice, leading him to discover Ashtanga yoga. This vigorous style of yoga generates internal heat in the body, facilitating detoxification, rejuvenation, and the development of physical strength and flexibility. In 2022, he furthered his expertise by undertaking an advanced training in Ashtanga yoga in Tenerife.

Edmund's dedication to yoga extends beyond Ashtanga. He maintains a well-rounded practice that includes other styles such as vinyasa and yin, along with regular pranayama (breathwork). His commitment to yoga is driven by a continuous quest to deepen his understanding of the multifaceted world of yoga.

As a yoga teacher, Edmund finds immense satisfaction in witnessing the positive transformations that yoga brings to his students. He believes in the power of yoga to enhance one's presence and the ability to embrace life fully. For Edmund, guiding others on their yoga journey and sharing in their growth is the most rewarding aspect of being a yoga teacher.

Morgan

Morgan discovered yoga in the early 2000’s whilst attending a Performing Arts High School in the USA. She developed a solid practice to help cope with anxiety and which kept her grounded and focused whilst trying to navigate the everyday challenges of high school alongside a career in theatre and dance. 

Morgan’s yoga classes place an emphasis on the power of breath, they are playful and light-hearted with a focus on bringing yoga off the mat and into the community. She has a keen interest in yoga for those with limited mobility after a close family member lost their entire capacity to move in 2018. Her mission is to provide yoga classes for everyone from any population and believes the practice can provide consistency in our ever shifting daily lives.

Frankie

Meet Frankie, a teacher who has transformed her life using the power of Yoga and is so grateful that she is able to share these tools with others. Frankie initially came to Yoga for the physical benefits but as she progressed with her practice she noticed the deep impact it had on all areas of her life. Through practising Yoga on and off the mat, Frankie has learnt how to calm a busy mind, live in the present moment, connect to herself on a deeper level and understand the mind/body/spirit connection.

Frankie's classes are inclusive and playful, always with an emphasis on breath. She wants to show that Yoga is for everyone, it's not just a workout and you don't need to be flexible to start. She looks forward to meeting you soon. 


Anney

Meet Anney— an experienced yoga teacher specialising in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound healing.

Yoga with Anney is a way to find a connection to yourself, a sense of balance between mind, body and soul. Her yoga classes offer a supportive space for you to feel safe and encouraged to explore your full potential. 

Through mindfulness, movement and meditation she will guide you to a place of calm and peace within. 

Anney aims to make yoga an inclusive practice for all, a way to play and be curious, a personal and inward journey filled with compassion for and acceptance of yourself.


Michelle

Meet Michelle, a teacher with a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone. Her classes provide a balanced practice supporting students to build their strength and flexibility whilst finding softness and stillness. She completed her yoga teacher training with Balance Yoga in Sydney, Australia and has been practicing for over 10 years and through two pregnancies. She enjoys providing space for clients to move, to feel into their own body and to connect with their breath, helping to quieten the mind.

Updesh Kaur

Meet Updesh, an experienced teacher of Kundalini yoga and facilitator of sound healing journeys. Since 1999 she has been involved in self-development work exploring her own natural gifts in the psychic and energy related fields.  Aside from this, after years of physical fitness and sports activity including athletics, boxing and many types of yoga, it was around 2004 when Kundalini yoga found her and she began to merge these two areas of her life

She qualified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher following training in London and France. During that time she was given her spiritual name Updesh Kaur, by which she is known in the yoga community. Updesh means one who lives the essence of the Guru’s teachings. Kaur means the Princess/Lioness of God who walks with grace and power throughout her life.

"I find it a blessing to be able to facilitate the elevation of a person and to see a change in their energy field. To promote personal development just by delivering these teachings is so wonderful. This can involve deep changes in perspective on one’s life, or it may manifest as subtly as a more restful night’s sleep, relaxing more readily and freedom from feelings of stress in our busy lives. But either way the results can be seen and felt very quickly.”

Lucy

Meet Lucy, an experienced and gifted yoga teacher. Lucy trained in 2016 under Bridget Woods Kramer and has taught vibrant, alignment focused, inclusive classes for more than 8 years. She is particularly passionate about trauma informed teaching. She incorporates elements of traditional chinese medicine (meridians and acupressure) into classes as well as exploring all four wonderful corners of the mat!
